Mission
Safely train and develop motivated, self-disciplined, and physically fit 91H, 91P, and 91S Soldiers in order to produce professional, technically competent, and team-oriented Soldiers who adopt and advocate the Army's Core Values and are prepared to contribute on day one to the mission of their next unit of assignment.
Vision
F Company Phantoms are a dedicated group of professional officers and NCOs that live and enforce the Seven Army Values. We will do what's right legally, morally, and ethically every day. We will teach, coach, and mentor Soldiers IOT assist and ensure they are prepared with the five dimensions of Comprehensive Soldier Fitness (CSF) to be successful Soldiers and to overcome professional and personal challenges. We will develop the ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. We will function as a team and ensure that we do everything we can to take care of Soldiers, cadre members, and their families.
