Command Sergeant Major Clinton G. HallCommand Sergeant Major Clinton G. Hall is from Murray, Kentucky and he entered the Army in 1983. Following his Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training as a Cannon Crewman, he switched his Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) to 52C, Utilities Equipment Repairer, and was assigned to the 58th Aviation Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Over the course of twenty years, with assignments in Korea and with the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions, Command Sergeant Major Hall proved himself as a leader of Soldiers.

In 2004, he began his 10-year career as a Command Sergeant Major when he became the Command Sergeant Major of the 702nd Main Support Battalion at Camp Casey, Korea. Following this assignment, he served as the Command Sergeant Major for the 3rd Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division; 194th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Camp Humphreys, Korea; 501st Sustainment Brigade, Camp Carroll, Korea; and the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan.

In November 2012, Command Sergeant Major Hall became the 11th Regimental Command Sergeant Major for the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps. His efforts and advice enabled the Chief of Ordnance and other Senior Leaders at the Department of the Army to make timely, intelligent, well-informed decisions impacting the future of the Army and Ordnance Corps. During his tenure, he led efforts to reinvigorate core competencies, oversaw the education of Soldiers in Initial Military Training, advised on the female integration into 91A/M/P Military Occupational Specialties, and provided leadership, direction, and guidance for numerous initiatives spanning the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader Development, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) spectrum.

Command Sergeant Major Hall retired in 2015.
