CSM Angel C. Clark

CSM Angel C. ClarkCSM Angel Clark was born in Cleveland Ohio on May 18th, 1962 and devoted over 33 years to the United States Army. She is the epitome of what the Creed of the Noncommissioned Officer stands for and never forgetting her two basic responsibilities "accomplishment of my mission and the welfare of my Soldiers".

Throughout her career, Command Sergeant Major Clark distinguished herself as a Soldier in combat, a person of exceptional integrity, honor, selfless service, and someone who never lost her perspective or respect for any service member serving with in the defense of our great Nation. She earned a reputation of superb technical competence and teaching acumen that continued at the Expeditionary Contracting Command.

Command Sergeant Major Clark performed brilliantly while serving alongside three Brigadier Generals and one Senior Executive Service member, advising them on all matters affecting worldwide expeditionary contracting support to Army Service Component Commands, Combatant Commands, and OCONUS installations. She was always trusted and heavily relied on to provided recommendations on all matters related to policy, planning, strategy, equal opportunity, training, resources, health & welfare, morale, discipline, readiness, assignments and professional development of Soldiers and DA Civilians.

Command Sergeant Major Clark also served selflessly as the 59th Ordnance Brigade, Ordnance Munitions and Electronics Maintenance School (OMEMS) Command Sergeant Major from January 2009 to July 2011. On a daily basis, she was responsible for three battalions, three separate U.S. Army detachments, and a U.S. Marine detachment, a Hazardous Device School and a Directorate of Instructions consisting of 2,263 assigned military and civilian personal in six separate locations.

CSM Angel Clark retired in 2016.
