COL Mark F. Migaleddi

COL Migaleddi was born 07 June 1964 in Phoenixville PA. He was commissioned in 1987 from the United States Military Academy where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies and Policy from the United States Army War College.

COL Migaleddi’s key assignments and duties include the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Mechanized Infantry Divisions; the 10th Mountain Light Infantry Division; III Armored Corps Artillery; XVIII Airborne Corps; Defense Logistics Agency, Pacific Command; and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Colonel (R) Migaleddi has held numerous tactical leadership and staff positions which include Brigade, Battalion and Company Command; Battalion Executive Officer; Support Operations Officer; Support Operations Maintenance Officer; Motor Officer; and Supply Officer. In TRADOC, Colonel (R) Migaleddi served as a Small Group Instructor at Fort Lee; Chief of Maintenance, Supply, and Munitions Division; Chief, Officer and Enlisted Personnel Proponency Officer for the Ordnance Corps; and G3, Ordnance Center and School. He was the Chief, Operations Asia/Pacific while serving with the Defense Logistics Agency Field Activity Defense Reutilization and Marketing Services (DRMS). He has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, to include as the Director of National Logistics for Afghan National Security Forces.

From 2006-2008 then LTC Migaleddi served as the Chief of Ordnance Proponency, Plans and Operations for the Ordnance Center and Schools. During this time, his leadership in this role was critical not only to the Ordnance Corps but also Army as the Army was transforming from a division centric formation to a brigade centric formation. He leveraged his position to affect major change on the Ordnance Corps, to include introducing the skill based training model, the 91S Stryker System Repairman, as well as supervising the initial implementation of the most significant Ordnance Force Design Update (FDU) in 25 years, the FDU that nearly tripled the Army’s EOD force structure.

COL Migaleddi retired on May 24th, 2016.
